My passion is helping people and real estate is one of the ways that I love doing that. I'm zealous about listening to what a client wants and their needs, and working with them to set out the best course of action to make that happen. Since the ultimate goal in any real estate sale should be making a buyer or seller's life better, I identify what that is for them then make it happen.
Every professional needs tools to do their job, and ones that I use include being a great communicator (degrees in Psychology & Sociology), experienced (closed over 1,000 transactions), and educated (numerous real estate designations as well as two college degrees). I believe that I need to know more and do it better than other agents, and these tools help me insure that the maximum benefits are on my client's side.
